About You

You are a sales executive that thrives on being first to market. You know how to sell to marketers and are considered a thought leader in your space. You’ve been in a hyper-growth environment in the past and you understand the challenges and opportunities of working in a fast-paced startup.  You think strategically and intelligently and therefore your approach is highly consultative. You want to grow with a great team and be part of revolutionizing an industry!

As our new Account Executive you will:

  • Hunt for new business, find solutions to client needs and win business.
  • Qualify leads and create opportunities to close deals.
  • Use data and analytics to help craft solutions and solve customer needs.
  • Create sales plans, target lists and execute on those strategies.
  • Target marketers in big brand names, understand their unique challenges and sell solutions to help solve for their challenges.
  • Nurture customer relationships. Create a future pipeline of prospects.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business, product and company by being a brand advocate, culture catalyst and champion.

How we know you will succeed in the role:

  • 3+ years proven experience in digital or social media sales; preferably selling to marketers and big brands.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Previously startup experience. You’ve grown a division, product or a company before in the past through sales. (if not make sure you tell us why you think you could!)
  • Proven capability selling solutions and creating value for your customers.
  • You are driven.  You don’t need to be told what to do - you just know what needs to be done and go for it!
